AMAZING DEALERSHIP EXPERIENCE, GREAT CARS!! I had visited 3 dealerships while searching for my next leased vehicle. I wasn't particularly interested in Volkswagen; I had leased a few BMWs before, and owned a few japanese brands, but never VW. Ray Sorge was extremely welcoming when I arrived at Muller VW, my 4th dealership. He showed me the many safety technologies within the full spectrum of VW cars, focusing in the Jetta and Passat models as I was considering a sedan. He patiently showed me all the trim levels, colors and equipment options, often going 30 to 45 minutes beyond the dealership's closing time with valuable test drives and technical information reviews. On my 3rd visit to Muller VW Ray introduced me to Randy Freeman, who would be the person to close the deal with. I mentioned my target price for a VW Jetta, and he went above and beyond in order to come close. We were very close in fact, but with an exterior color different from the one my wife and I had in mind (Black vs. Silver). I noticed that there was a silver Passat available in the lot, so I went back to Randy and asked if there was anything he could do to keep that Passat at the same monthly payment. He checked his numbers and came back with a positive answer. And this is how I leased a 2020 VW Passat, a beautiful and safe car that drives like a premium German sedan. Thank you Ray and Randy! I hope this review makes a difference to both of you, and mostly to drivers out there who, like me, are looking for the best combination of car value, driving experience, excellent customer service and budget. Recently bought a 2023 GTI SE from this dealer. Everyone one was extremely transparent and very friendly!
